Liability for contents
The contents of our pages have been compiled with greatest care. However, we cannot be liable for the accuracy, completeness and topicality of the contents. Pursuant to sec. 7 para.1 TMG (Tele Media Act) as service providers we are responsible for our own contents according to the general laws. However, as service providers, we are according to secs. 8 to 10 TMG (Tele Media Act) not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to research circumstances which indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws shall remain unaffected hereof. However, liability in this regard shall only apply as of the time of knowledge of a specific legal violation. When corresponding legal violations become known, we will immediately remove these contents.

Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, whose contents we cannot influence. Therefore, we can also not guarantee these third party contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. When we linked the pages, they were reviewed in regard to possible legal violations. We did not detect any illegal contents when they were linked. However, a permanent content monitoring of the linked pages without specific indications of a legal violation is not appropriate. If we become aware of legal violations, we will immediately remove such links.

The contents and works prepared by the operator of these pages are subject to Germany copyright. The multiplication, editing, processing and any type of utilization outside of the copyright limits shall require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this page are only allowed for private, non-commercial use. Where the contents of this page were not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties shall be observed. Third party contents will in particular indicated as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a violation of copyrights, we request that you inform us accordingly. When we become aware of legal violations, we will immediately remove such contents.

Data protection
The use of our webpages is usually possible without disclosure of personal data. Where personal data are collected on our webpages (for example, name, address or e-mail addresses) this is always done on a voluntary basis. These data will not be released to third parties without your explicit consent.

We have to advise that the transfer of data on the internet (e.g. during communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. A protection of the data without gaps for access by third parties is not possible. We hereby explicitly object to the use of contact data published in the context of the obligation to provide legal information by third parties for the transmission of not explicitly requested advertising and informative material. The operators of the pages explicitly reserve the right for legal steps in case of unrequested transmission of advertising information, for example via Spam mail.
