Weaving and knitting capabilites on production machines from leading machine manufacturers. Depending on the PO size and product life cycle we produce in job-shop, manufacturing cell or integrated manufacturing line setup. Depending on the task we will customize off-the shelf machinery to cater to your product and volume requirements

3.) Finishing + Dyeing

With our continous dyeing and other finishing possibilities we can not only create vibrant colors but also enhance the technical functionality of the product e.g. with an oliophobic, hydrophobic or flame-retardant property.

4.) Quality Control

We take “Made in Germany serious. With the highest focus to detail on state of the art QC processes we make sure every product leaves our doors at maximum quality.

5.) Value add production steps

Need help to integrate our textile into your final product We are happy to assist in the processing of our textile products through value add steps such as Ultra-Sonic or RF cutting and welding, Tape application. We are happy to connect you to our partners around the world specialized on different post processing steps such as plastic/silicone overmolding orsewing and stitching.
