A brief history
Fritz-Moll was founded 1866 in Barmen, Wuppertal as a traditional braiding and weaving mill. Around 50 years ago a branch was opened in Altshausen, Germany that is currently our main location.
Since 1866 we have come a long way, having gained expertise in all main textile technologies (weaving & knitting). On an available production space of 10000 Sqm with a staff of around 40 people we develop and manufacture extraordinary products in technical, medical, fashion and sports applications for customers around the world.
State-of the art facilities and production infrastructure
Our factory meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OEKO-TEX® STeP standards. Combining Kaizen, Lean and a fully integrated workflow from yarn preparation through weaving/knitting to finishing, we maintain full quality control. Where volume allows, we establish dedicated production zones to deliver consistent quality at an attractive price.
